- Understand that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your services. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing customers.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communications
- Malware, viruses, or any malicious software
- DDoS attacks, brute force attacks, or network abuse
- Child pornography or any illegal content
- IP spoofing or header modification
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without refund.
6. Service Level Agreement

7. Data and Backup
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we may provide backup services, we do not guarantee the availability, integrity, or restoration of any backups. We recommend maintaining your own independent backups of all critical data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Rika Host and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rika Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for services that have not been delivered or activated. Once a service has been provisioned and delivered, refunds are not available except in cases where we fail to meet our Service Level Agreement commitments. Please contact us for assistance with refund requests.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
